CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Due to the character of the products we sell, we cannot accept exchanges on any product unless you received the incorrect item by mistake, or the exchange is roofed under the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act.
Please read our sizing information carefully as we cannot exchange products that are too big or too small if the dimensions is listed on site.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you opt to cancel your order after you’ve got paid, you’ll do so if the order hasn’t already been dispatched.
Please contact us immediately together with your order number.
Please remember that for every order cancelled, a 30% cancellation fee applies to the product(s) purchased. If your order has not yet been shipped at the time of cancellation, the shipping fee are going to be refunded fully .
We are unable to cancel an order which is already in transit with the courier.

WHAT IS addcartmart’S RETURNS POLICY?
addcartmart accepts returns for specific circumstances. we’ll accept returns that are covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act, like if there’s a producing fault.
Due to the character of the products we sell, we will not accept returns for change of mind purposes.
Due to copyright, we cannot accept the return of DVDs so please choose carefully.
Please note: Under no circumstances can we on-sell returned items. Any returned toys, lingerie or lubricant are disposed of.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY PRODUCT?
addcartmart takes great pride in supplying New Zealanders with an enormous range of sex toys and lingerie, and that we have thousands of happy customers!
But in some cases, our suppliers don’t always catch on right. Sometimes our customers receive faulty products, and if this happens, we’ll immediately put things right.
If you think you received a faulty product, please make sure you check the following:
Have new batteries been tried?
the bulk of products that do not seem to be working are thanks to errors with batteries.
-Check the batteries are within the correct way, replace the batteries or recharge your toy.
Also check if there’s a circular Battery Tab on top of the batteries – if so, this circular piece of paper must be removed before you employ the item. If there’s a bit of paper or plastic surrounding the batteries, please leave this in situ .
Have you tried holding down the ‘on’ button for 3-5 seconds? Some products accompany a travel lock in situ to stop them from turning on accidentally.
If the merchandise is rechargeable, please fully charge the merchandise before attempting to show it on. Some products accompany a residual charge, but some may require charging before first being turned on.
In the event that there’s a fault together with your product we are happy to exchange your item. to rearrange this, please contact us with the small print of your fault within 7 days. Please include the small print below:
The order number that the merchandise was purchased on
A description of the difficulty
And if possible, a photograph or video of the fault
We will then determine if we’d like to send you a return courier bag for the item, before we arrange for a replacement to be sent bent you.
In the event that an equivalent item isn’t available, we’ll issue you with a store credit to use towards purchasing a replacement item on the addcartmart website.
Under no circumstances are returned products ever on-sold. they’re returned to the manufacturer for fault analysis and replacement.
WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY?
Our warranty policy covers products for 31 days from the date of purchase, unless a guaranty period is specified by the manufacturer. during which case, the manufacturer’s warranty period takes precedent.
It covers faults and defects that occur thanks to manufacturing failure. Damage or faults that occur as a results of misuse, accident, or general wear and tear, aren’t covered by our warranty policy.
If your product can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it with one that’s of an equivalent , or similar model. If a repair or replacement isn’t possible, we’ll provide a refund.
