• Finished Dimensions: 50mm x 50mm.

• Corner Style: Rounded Corners.

  • Important: You cannot make sharp 90-degree corner badges with standard button machines because the sharp point would tear the plastic (Mylar) film during pressing. The corners are always slightly curved.

• Paper Cut Size (Bleed): You typically need to cut the paper to 61mm x 61mm.

• Standard Components:

  1. Top Shell: Square metal plate with rounded corners.

  2. Mylar Film: Square plastic sheet (also rounded).

  3. Backing: Square plastic back with a pin or a heavy-duty magnet.
