1. Product Specifications

• Finished Diameter: 75mm (2.95 inches).

• Visible Design Area: The face of the badge (75mm).

• Paper Cut Size (Bleed): You need to cut the paper circle to approximately 85mm – 87mm (approx. 3.35 inches).

  • Note: Because the wrap-around area is larger, precision is key. If cut too small, the badge will jam in the machine.

• Standard Components:

  1. Top Shell: Metal (tinplate).

  2. Mylar Film: Large clear plastic sheet.

  3. Backing:

     • Plastic/Metal Pin Back: For wearing (heavy).

     • Mirror Back: Contains a real glass mirror + a metal ring shim.

     • Stand Back: A plastic stand to display the badge on a desk.
